Finance Systems Assistant - Leicestershire - £20,000 Cherry Professional are recruiting a Finance Systems Assistant on behalf of a fantastic, industry leading business based in Leicestershire. Working as part of the finance systems team and reporting into the Finance Systems Supervisor, you will deliver high quality support to systems end-users and assist in providing the administration of financial systems in line with group policies and procedures. This is a great opportunity for finance graduate, or accounts assistant, to join a progressive business, where you will receive first class training and good exposure to accounting systems and processes. Responsibilities:
- Resolve or escalate system support issues in line with policy and procedures - Assist in ensuring that the group support KPIs are met - Ensure all business as usual tasks and processes are delivered in accordance with our policy and procedures - Assist with support and training documentation for the financial applications - Assist in testing of new functionality across financial systems - Assist with the communication of updates and improvements to all financial users - Provide end user feedback to help shape development and the training strategies for all financial system users - Ensure user guides and documentation is maintained Required skills & experience: - Ability to work dynamically in both team and independent environments is necessary - Moderate to advanced Excel skills - An understanding of finance terms and concepts would be beneficial - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail - Pragmatic problem solver - Have a high degree of integrity Additional Benefits: - Company Bonus Scheme - 25 days holiday - Money Purchase Pension Scheme - Life cover - Choice of Flexible Benefits
