Assistant Financial Controller - Chesterfield - £28,000 - £30,000 Chase and Holland are working exclusively with an international ecommerce business who are looking for an Assistant Financial Controller to join them at an exciting time having grown significantly over the past couple of years. They are now looking for someone who can sit in the middle tier between the junior accountants assistants and the Finance Director providing technical support to the department and supervisory sign off on accounts when required. You will be either part qualified or qualified by experience Main responsibilities include: Investigating reconciliations and variances Assisting the Finance Director with more technical tasks Liaising with HMRC Working alongside a team of 4 people in the finance team Looking after the accounts of 6 group companies You will need to be a confidant problem solver and able to work with bespoke systems in a changeable and rapid moving environment. Working hours are 09:30 - 17:30 Mon-Fri and parking is available on site.
