Group Finance Manager Imagile Group is a dedicated team of infrastructure experts sharing a core understanding: that effective day to day management delivers value, stability and returns over the long term. As one of the largest SPV and Asset Management service providers to the PPP / PFI infrastructure market, we seek to protect and enhance the value of our investor's assets, which currently stand at £3bn. Position: Group Finance Manager

About the role: Imagile Group are looking to recruit a Finance Manager, on a temporary basis (anticipated to be for 12 months) working 37.5 hours per week as part of our Group Finance team based in our Bristol office. This role will be supported by a Group Accountant and will involve production of monthly and quarterly management accounts; management of sales ledger, purchase ledger and bank reconciliation processes; preparation and review of budgets and forecasts; and month end cash consolidation and management through the cash collection process.

Responsibilities:
- Cash flow management for the Group distribution process. - Production of the Group's consolidated IFRS accounts. - Production and review of central statutory accounts and involvement in Corporation tax. - Participation in internal audit and risk management processes. - Support with developing Group accounting policies. We are looking to appoint an organised and diligent individual who is team orientated but able to work independently, and willing to actively contribute by positively challenging existing procedures. You should be able to work to strict reporting deadlines, and comfortable presenting to all areas of management and investors, as well as an ability to challenge and influence peers to ensure best practice. About you: - Qualified accountant. - SAP and BOBJ trained. - Experience of Group Consolidation and management reporting. - Technical IFRS / UK GAAP experience.
