We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly-motivated individual to join our team as a National Business Manager, to lead and develop the newly formed National Compliance business covering the UK. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for leading a large National team and focussing on the growth of our Compliance business. Whilst maintaining the high standard and quality that our existing customers have come to expect. You will lead your team to ensure a high level of motivation is maintained, ensuring that all training and development needs are met. Your role will also include overseeing elements of estimating, contract management, sales and procurement. Skills and Experience You'll be an experienced Business Leader with a proven track record of building and motivating high performing teams and experience of a strategic national role whilst maintaining local operations . You will excel at sourcing new business opportunities and developing client relationships. You'll have a strong network of contacts and good local knowledge of electrical compliance and view of the national market place. You'll have experience of managing profit and loss and will embrace working for a company with a strong safety culture. You will display exceptional communication skills and strong business and commercial acumen. . You will preferably be qualified to HNC level with current certificates and qualifications to include CSCS card and SMSTS.
