Role & Responsibilities You will be part of a forward thinking, innovative team, delivering high quality, best practice treatment to NHS patients in Bedfordshire. The service is focused on continuous improvement and providing quality driven care to patients. The role includes: To support the clinical operation of the Hub (including some clinical duties) To develop and lead the triage pathways and undertake all audits within the service To support the team with clinical pathway changes including more complex injections, minor surgery and pre OP in the hub. To monitor the effectiveness of the clinical triage To lead on the development of triage and audit programmes To co-lead on Evidence Based Practice with the Clinical and Governance Lead and develop research programmes. To manage and support all the trianing clinicians with regard to triage and audit.
