What you'll be doing In this position you will assist in the reporting and planning processes and outputs within Bupa Health Clinics. You would also assist in the financial planning and forecasting process, ensuring that all areas of the business adhere to timetables, and that the robust plans/forecasts are delivered on time with the right level of review. Supporting with Sales Incentive Plans design and measurement of them on monthly/quarterly basis. What's a typical day? You will be reporting to the BHC Finance Manager and assisting in the reporting and planining processes for BHC. In addtion to this you would review and understand inputs received from the business which when consolidated will be used in the reporting and planning to Senior Management and the wider business. You would be working closely with MU & wider finance teams to ensure the financials (actual, forecast and plan; P&L, balance sheet, cashflow and KPIs) are correctly reported and included in the accounting systems and then appropriately reflected in all Management Reporting (Peoplesoft and Cognos Controller). Assisting in the production of a forecast/plan Analysis Pack which will give a clear understanding of how the plan is built in terms of assumptions, key drivers, risks and opportunities etc, as well as providing a 'one stop shop' for financial information and analysis would form part of the role. You would aslo manage the central directory for submissions received from and reports issued to the businesses, and Senior Management. Who we're looking for?
