Are you an experienced Chief Financial Officer seeking your next challenge? Our exceptional client within the legal sector is recruiting a Chief Financial Officer to join their senior management team. The successful applicant will manage all financing and accounting operations. You will provide financial support and advice to the board to enable key strategic decisions to be made. As CFO, you will enable the company to make sound business decisions that maximise company profits and meet the objectives. Main Duties: Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth Manage all of the company's financial practices including monitoring the cash flow Forecast return on investment for current and future programmes Develop and monitor budgets throughout the organisation, liaising with senior management Prepare and publish financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Manage all staff of the finance department and recruit and train their development Advise on investment activities and provide strategic input, forecasting on ROI Conduct reviews to enable cost reduction Requirements: Exceptional communication skills at all levels Strong IT skills, always being ahead of new technologies Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or similar role Bachelors or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance Have the ability to lead and motivate a team Benefits: 30 days of holiday entitlement plus bank holidays Excellent contribution to your pension Being part of one of the world's prestigious legal firm
