Robert Half are working with a Manufacturing business in on the outskirts of St Neots to seek a hard-working and resilient Credit Controller to assist due to staff retirement. Key duties include: Manage a team of two, including responsibility for recruitment, induction, training, goal-setting, bi-annual appraisals, coaching and developing individuals, and day to day management & support Deliver a system for credit management, encompassing monitoring and review of credit limits and credit insurance Responsibility for key UK accounts including national buying groups/societies and major national customers Responsibility for export credit control managing collections and risk over customers globally Attending bi-annual group credit control meetings, discussing requirements into this forum and implementing group wide initiatives into local credit management Input into monthly cashflow forecasts and delivery to these targets once agreed Please call us on 01223 341 400 Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
