Finance Assistant Job, Conwy, North Wales Do you have a desire to work for a charitable organisation? Looking for a career where you can utilise your Sage and accounts experience on a full time permanent basis? Then this could be the perfect role for you In the Finance Assistant Job, Conwy, North Wales you will be responsible for: Providing a financial service to all departments of the organisation Ensuring that the monthly management accounts are accurate and produced on time The operational and management of the cashiering and sales / purchase ledgers Credit control and ensuring that all invoices are paid within the time frames Supporting the Finance Manager and other departments with duties including bank reconciliation, inputting into SAGE, trial balance, bookkeeping, VAT returns, petty cash and assisting with monthly SAGE payroll To be considered for the Finance Assistant Job, Conwy, North Wales you will need: Previous proven accounts, finance and administration experience Experience of Sage accounting software (Essential) AAT Qualified (Essential) Excellent communication and organisational skills The ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative and also as part of a team Good IT skills including Microsoft Office packages and accounts software The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard This is a permanent opportunity with full time working hours up to 35 hours per week.
