This is a great opportunity to be at front of the firms' plan to grow their Transaction Services offering. They have developed a reputable Lead Advisory team across the southern region with a total of 25 full time employees. You'll be joining a firm who have been increasingly active in the M&A market, and are now looking to build upon recent success within Transaction Services, recently winning multiple mandates and a growing pipeline for 2019. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience or genuine passion to work with SMEs and OMBs across a range of sectors within the small-mid cap market, working on transactions with EV£5m-£50m. You'll be joining a forward-thinking team with the opportunity to shape and grow into a senior leadership role. Responsibilities:
Managing and leading financial due diligence assignments. Assessing and refine the scope of such assignments. Delivering clear presentations to clients. Developing junior staff. Personal Requirements: ACA qualified or equivalent. Significant UK experience within Transaction Services. Previous experience working with SME's and OMBs or a genuine passion to do so.
