Credit Control position based in Trafford paying up to £25,000 Credit Control role based in Trafford paying up to £25,000 An opportunity to work as a Credit Controller based in Trafford has just become live. Reporting to the Credit Manager as well as liaising with other teams within the finance department. You will responsible for a ledger of key client ensuring cash is collected in a timely and efficient manner maintaining excellent customer service and building key working relationships internally to ensure no delays to payments and queries are resolved swiftly. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:
• Expertly liaising with clients to collect outstanding debt
• Working in the B2B market
• Achieving cash collection targets (and exceeding where possible)
• Discussing and addressing outstanding queries with senior managers
• Posting and allocating cash
• Producing client statements monthly
• Processing daily cheques and credit card payments for ledger
• Additional ad hoc task as and when they are required As a Credit Controller, you will have/be:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a Credit Control environment
• Prior experience working within purchase ledger
• IT literate, including intermediate MS Excel capabilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Brilliant customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
