The finance director has a hands-on approach regarding getting involved with all aspects with in Finance, therefore being mentored and supported the FD is great regarding gaining exposure from a top down approach. Responsibilities. Profit & Loss / Balance sheet reconciliation to trial balance. Working with tight month end deadline. Driving the month end cycle alongside supporting the finance team. Design process improvements to improve efficiency and risk control. Analysis of aged debt. Balance sheet control reconciliations. Approving payments. Support audits throughout the year. Fixed asset register maintenance Support the Management accountant. Requirements Studying towards professional qualification (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) Part Qualified. Good excel skills. Team player.
