The Organisation Our client is a specialist financial services provider in asset financing which is growing through acquisition and organic growth. Role and Responsibilities As Head of Regulatory and Financial Reporting you will: Ensure all external regulatory reports are produced accurate in accordance with guidelines. Corep and Finrep Assist the Finance Director with statutory and interim accounts Stay up to date with all changes to relevant regulatory or accounting standards and provide insight to how Group may be affected Ensure all external regulatory reports are to be completed accurately, these include, Financial Conduct Authority, Prudential Regulatory Authority, Bank of England and internal reporting and others as required Additional duties will include: Assist Finance Director, working with Head of Management Reporting to complete statutory and interim financial statements and accompanying notes under IFRS Ensure all policies and procedures and kept up to date and are adhered to and report any incidents or breaches to the Finance Director Ensure all regulatory reports have up to date procedures that are aligned to current legislation Automate regulatory reporting Assist with the smooth running of interim and annual audits Assist with Regulatory Reporting and Financial Reporting horizon scanning, to include keeping up to date with ongoing changes to law and accounting standards Provide cover where appropriate to the Finance Director and other accounting staff Assist with projects as required Assist Finance Director and Head of Management Reporting with IFRS9 implementation Ensure the Group meets PILLAR 3 requirements and that documentation is in line with legislation This is a permanent opportunity based in Central London The Desired Candidate The Head of Regulatory and Financial Reporting will have the following: Corep and Finrep experience Qualified Accountant Experience in a similar role within financial services How to Apply All interested applicants should log in / register and upload a current CV in Word format.
