NRG is working in conjunction with a well known name in the Leisure industry based in the centre of Newcastle. This award winning business has a reputation for growth, innovation and success. Reporting into an experienced Finance Director, this is a Group role with continued expansion plans. Main duties will include: Day to day responsibility for the Finance department Direct line management including 1-2-1's, Reviews, coaching etc Liaise with third parties both internally and externally Work closely with the FD and other key stakeholders to help drive performance Responsibility for shaping the finance team, with a team of 9 in place Production of Monthly Management Accounts Responsibility for Year-End Audits Review and analyse P&L's for multiple sites, liaising with each site regarding variance to targets set Prepare and adjust group budgets and forecasts Prepare business plans and involve yourself with tenders for future acquisitions This role will suit a Qualified or Qualified by Experience Accountant with a fantastic background in a similar role, with a strong commercial acumen.
