Compliance Manager required based close to Cirencester for our client, they are a global provider of multi technical and support service. Our client currently operating with over 45,000 employees throughout the world and turn over in excess of £240m a year - with the UK offices responsible for just over £70m. They are currently recruiting due to further growth with the acquisition of a new contract by the UK team. As a Compliance Manager, you will ensure that the client's estate is keeping to best practice to ensure the highest level of governance and compliance Compliance Manager Position Overview Proactive site audit regime reviewing quality of service delivery and gauging local client's feedback on service delivery. Primary contract health and safety contract ensuring that all activities are completed in a safe and compliant manner. Will provide health and safety and legislation updates to the client with recommendations on implementation Will proactively monitor engineers' performance and audit their adherence to local site policy such as reviewing asbestos, signing in, PPE etc. Overall of engineers' certification and qualification providing updates, as required, on skill levels on engineers engaged in the contract delivery Ensure that the client's estate is compliant through the correct PPM regime and that the relevant certificates are present, correct and accurate and that all remedial and follow up works are completed.
