Communicate are exclusively working with a start up UK retail brand, to help them with the recruitment of a Finance Manager on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. The Role This is a stand alone role, reporting directly into the Finance Director. This is a key position where you will be expected to provide full analysis of the fees-ability for the company to open a new office in the far East. Responsibilities To work in partnership with a range of internal and external stakeholders to develop strategic, commercial business cases Proven expertise in large scale analysis Professional Qualifications and Personal Attributes The position is suitable for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA) with strong experience in providing technical accounting advice Excel expert, Marco level Advanced financial modelling including sensitivity, scenario analysis Highly analytical with strong commercial analysis skills A confident self-starter who uses their initiative and can work independently with little supervision Ability to apply logical thinking to gathering and analysing information, designing and testing solutions Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication with the ability to articulate orally and in writing, complex and detailed information Strong sense of ownership Self-driven Ability to work independently in stand alone role Collaborative with peers and colleague to drive involvement and engagement A willingness to challenge generally accepted norms and conceptual flexibility to find best answers The role is is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months to start ASAP
