Burton-Upton-Trent Business Analyst Initially Short Term Contract (3 months) [potential for full time staff position] Start date: ASAP Salary £20,000 pro rata The Company My client is a market leader within the Aerospace industry and have an immediate requirement for Business Analyst. You will be working alongside the Manufacturing Controllers and Team Leaders to input, analyse and interpret data collected from timesheets and the shop ; Highlighting gaps, risks & opportunities to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are achieved and actions defined that impact future performance You will be based on the shop floor and must possess excellent excel ; Key Accountabilities
• Understanding the business processes and the business ;
• Effectively communicating with internal and external ;
• Acting as an interface between business units and support ;
• Participate in other business improvement projects as ;
• Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of change Experience
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
• Some experience of Manufacturing would be useful, although not ;
• Financial knowledge or background would be an ;
• Evidence of working in team environment.
• Excellent advanced Excel skills
• Analytically minded
• Manufacturing environment experience advantageous
