Heyland Finance are working exclusively alongside this market leading international specialist manufacturer as they look to recruit a talented Financial Analyst into this newly created role within their growing finance team. The financial analyst will work directly with the Finance Manager and be required to provide accurate and timely accounting records, timely reporting and analytical insight in order to assist in key commercial decisions. Key Responsibilities; Administration of purchase ledger and other general accounting through implementation of company procedures and best practice Reconciliation of GRNs to invoice Arranging approval of invoices Posting and processing invoices to SAP Supplier statement reconciliation Preparation of payment runs and information for cash flow forecasting Reconciliation of purchase ledger to G/L on a monthly basis Petty cash reconciliation Intercompany payables/receivables Maintain prepayment schedule Employee expense processing Creation and maintenance of assets Bank reconciliation - EUR/GBP/Deutsche Bank, RBS Credit card accrual report Month-end closing / Management Accountant tasks Provide relevant and accurate analysis to improve channel and product understanding, highlighting risks and opportunities Engage directly with stakeholders within the business to identify the most effective measures and platforms to aid decision making - reports, dashboards etc. Manage and own data points linked with CRM platform incl. account records / contacts, areas of poor data quality Manage CRM database to ensure it is up-to-date and legally compliant with GDPR legislation Work directly with various departments in implementing CRM platform support to meet their needs, both long-term and on a project-basis Provide technical expertise, understanding and training to foster self-reliance for CRM system users and ensure best practice Ability to plan analytical and systems support to meet the future requirements of the business and its stakeholders Timely and accurate submission of business metrics for analysis to HQ
