£31,100 per annum About the role: The Planning and Support Analyst Manager will support the Supply Chain Department by providing a wide range of reports and data to aid the operational management, its relevant stakeholders, and the company throughout the Future Operating Model. There is a small team of Data Analysts as well as a Team Administrator to manage.

Responsibilities:
- Developing new and time saving ways of reporting to get clarity on daily / weekly / monthly reports as well as ad hoc requests and being able to interpret the detail behind the data in a succinct summary - Understanding of Operations and how the reports can be best provided to benefit all parties - Identifying new and improved systems and ways of working and how they can be used and aligned and being able to train and develop these within the core team and also the wider Inventory - Holding regular team meetings and appraisals and develop the team - Abiding by, and ensuring compliance with, the company's Privacy Notice, Information Security Controls and Email, Internet and Databases Policy - Analysing and summarising reports in a presentable format - Interpreting customer requests and challenging where needed - Working on complex solutions alone and providing solutions About you: - Analytical skills such as summarising large or small sets of data and finding common trends, spotting anomalies - MS Access Databases, creating select queries, creating append queries, pass through queries, make tables, macros - Understanding of SQL - Understanding of VBA - MS Excel, Pivot Tables inc usage of Slicers and other Pivot Table Tools, Vlookups, If formulas, formatting, Creating Tables, Macros - Management experience, team meetings, presentations, appraisals You may have experience of the following: Planning and Support Analyst Manager, Reporting Manager, Reporting Analyst, Database Administrator, DBA, Database Manager, Data Analyst, Data Manager, Data Analysis, Project Manager, Data Insight Manager, Data and Insight Manager, etc.
