Statutory Compliance Manager

Location:
Greater London - Regionally Based SkyBlue are currently recruiting a Statutory Compliance Manager on behalf of our client Gov Facility Services Ltd. To provide professional support to management and site based operational teams. Main focus will be on commercial statutory compliance ensuring both self-delivered and contracted works are undertaken to meet legal requirements under Acts, Regulations or other Statutory Instruments in relation to the provision of FM Services. This is a regional role providing professional advice and support on statutory compliance across a multi-site portfolio (circa 12 sites). As the principle point of contact for operational teams in the resolution of current and emerging challenges. Requirements: -NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification is desirable. -Background working in the building services sector with an understanding of technical phraseology and documentation. -Strong problem solving and analytical skills. - Meticulous with a clear focus to detail. -Excellent organisational skills / time management / ability to prioritise and organise own workload / able to work to deadlines -Strong communication and leadership skills -Good IT skills -Natural problem solver -Ability to coach and mentorAbility to review and understand technical documents and Management Information -Ability to challenge and deliver constructive criticism -Experience of working within a high security environment is desirable To be able to work with our client, you must be able to pass the standard security vetting process for the establishment. This will include a criminal records check (Standard DBS). An offer to start in the position will be dependent on all security checks being passed.
