This is an excellent opportunity to get involved with a fast paced Media and Marketing Services Agency serving UK and European healthcare professionals, based in the City of London. You will be a key member of the team representing the link between sales and finance, holding responsibility for the full sales ledger and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be smart, proactive and highly motivated to take on responsibility and make an impact. Key

responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will be to ensure that our clients are invoiced at the right time and that payments are received within terms, as well as invoicing and receipts forecasting. Other duties: Liaising with clients to assist with authorisation of invoices Liaising with the sales team to answer queries Amendments to bookings on the SOP (Salesforce) Maintenance of the unbilled contracts ledger Raising / amending invoices Liaising with solicitors/county courts to undertake legal proceedings when necessary Assisting with monthly revenue accruals Similar experience within a previous role e.g. Credit control manager, Revenue Manager, Sales Ledger Manager Competent with Microsoft Office products Ability to work on your own initiative & prioritise own workload Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly motivated, enthusiastic and keen to learn Absolutely must have a strong work ethic, inquisitive approach to everything and an insatiable desire to be part of a growing digital media company Experiencing using Salesforce.com would be advantageous About our client Our client sits at the heart of a highly-engaged community of 220,000 healthcare professionals.
