A small international Bank has an exciting opportunity for a conscientious addition to its Compliance department. You will be responsible for supporting the Compliance Officer ensuring that the activities of the London branch comply with all laws and regulations and that all policies/procedures are in place, whilst maintaining good relationships with UK regulators. Alongside this you will also be responsible for establishing/maintaining a monitoring and senior management reporting programme regarding risk and act in an advisory capacity to senior management on all aspects of Compliance. The successful individual will have proven and relevant senior compliance experience gained within international banking covering AML, CTF and Market Abuse Financial Crime Compliance and be able to work in an advisory and autonomous role. Strong Excel skills coupled with excellent communication skills (written and oral) are essential to be able to liaise with PRA, FCA and other external contacts as well as all levels of staff within the bank
