Our client based in Hemel Hempstead are looking for an accountant to join an existing team for accounts preparation work. The client is ideally looking for someone that has come from a practice background and looking for their first move into industry. The company will support the transition as the role is very much focused on preparing accounts from existing clients. They are looking for someone that is either QBE or studying towards a qualification. The business is based in offices that offer parking and have an open plan layout to ensure that all departments work closely together. The team looks after the more complex part of the business and as they have grown they are now in need of an additional resource. Duties: Statutory account returns Resolve queries Integrate new client data Ensure appropriate controls are in place Assist with external auditors Projects on ad-hoc basis
