We are looking for a Senior Compliance Coordinator to join our team based in Bath. Working alongside the compliance manager you will ensure compliance is monitored across the group whilst supporting a team of Coordinators What your role will be You will join the team which manage the safety programme for the portfolios across Touchstone. Your role will centre on compliance, ensuring that our properties meet the high standards of Touchstone and the Landlords Legal obligations. You will monitor the programme of Risk Assessments and Property inspections, ensuring all highlighted health and safety risks are acted upon, and also confirm periodic compliance testing has been completed. You will act as a point of escalation for the team and have responsibility for coordinating the teams activities including production of reports providing regular updates to Compliance Manager and/or Compliance Team Leader of any performance shortfalls. You will support the full administrative process surrounding compliance. Making sure your knowledge of procedures, compliance, legislation and contracts is developed and maintained at a high standard. Your background This is a great time to join Touchstone, you will join a growing department working with Compliance. Experience working within a similar compliance or property based role would be beneficial. Although property management experience would be an advantage it is not essential. Therefore being able to work well under pressure and being able to prioritize and manage your own workload is essential. Ideally you will have had experience managing a team of colleagues and be able to guide and influence. You will work closely with both staff and external agencies therefore you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Being able to adapt your communication style to suit a situation is also a key skill.
