My client, a high growth technology start-up, are looking to add an Accounts Payable Supervisor to their team on a 3 month fixed term contract. The role is based in Central London. The job has arisen due to my clients rapid growth over the last 12 months. You must be immediately available and able to start work no later than Friday 19th April. The successful applicant will be supervising four members of staff (previous supervisory experience is essential). Duties include overseeing the invoicing process, maintaining the fixed asset register, multicurrency bank reconciliations, processing expenses, reconciling supplier statements and VAT returns. There is a significant amount of Excel use in the role, so candidates should be highly adept with building pivot tables and v-look ups from scratch - Excel knowledge will be tested at interview. My client's offices are based in a vibrant and attractive part of London in close proximity to restaurants, bars and cafes.
