A leading Central London based technology firm are looking to hire a Credit Controller. The job has arisen due the companies growth over the last 3 years. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone with interpersonal skills who is looking to develop their career within an industry leading company. Must have a minimum 2 years Credit Control experience. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Collection activities and maintenance of the sales ledger/s First port of call for any invoice/billing queries Liaise with the sales team to resolve customer queries Working pro-actively to ensure debtor days remain at a minimum All written communication and processes actioned to agreed timescales Taking payments by debit or credit card Raising credit notes Producing the end to end process of direct debit collection duties including: setting new instructions up, following up on failed direct debit's, following instructions that are cancelled, producing the collection files Creating and setting up of new customers on to the accounting platform Ad-hoc admin tasks Profile Good knowledge of Excel Confident with the reconciliation process. Strong stakeholders management and customer service skills. Excellent communicator Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline Self-motivated proactive worker
