A partner has recently been appointed to lead the Restructuring team bringing the number of partners in this business to 6 with around 50 staff based in their London Headquarters. The wider business has seen significant growth over the last 3-4 years and has seen an opening in the market to offer Restructuring advice to their well-defined client base. The role will include working on advisory assignments (options analysis, contingency planning both debtor and creditor side as well as strategic insolvency appointments.) Skills required: ACCA & JIEB qualified with at least 4 years' restructuring and advisory experience; Demonstrable experience in leading workstreams within a Restructuring environment, ideally on a mix of both advisory and insolvency assignments; Have experience in advising and working alongside a range of stakeholders; Have experience in the insolvency market. Have strong commercial and business acumen The desire to build on existing skills and develop additional knowledge of all Restructuring related matters.
