Our client carries a high profile in the region, and has a strong track record of growth, both organic and through M & A and is genuinely fast paced. You will have responsibility for the management and oversight of a management accounts function, with a wide range of internal customers where outputs are concerned. As a key player in the broader finance function you will assist with systems and process improvments, and the coaching and development of team members. This element of the role will require a candidate confident in their management and leadership skills, and will be one of the cornerstones that defines success. Candidates will be qualified accountants with proven leadership capablity and an engaging collaborastive style. Some past exposure to ERP systems and their development would be advantageous. The business provides first class opportiunities for promotion and ongoing developmet. Basic salary will be in the £50,000 to £55,000 range.
