Reporting to a Head of Finance, the key responsibilities include: Liaising with budget holders and heads of department to drive down costs by applying strategic financial expertise Conduct expert financial modelling, running 'what if' scenarios while taking in the wider scope of projects into account Be the financial expert for the divisional management team, and provide financial reports to assist decision making Supervise a small team of Finance Analysts and Assistant Accountants in the production of journals to be used in the delivery of budgeting and forecasting information Draft financial implications of project-wide proposals and conduct activity-based costing by working closely alongside the group's budget holders.
