Compliance Manager - £45k base 10% bonus Datapol Consultants have the pleasure of working with a rapidly growing Telecoms provider that require a Compliance Manager to drive compliance to standards throughout the business. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the jobholder will provide a practical application of compliance standards across the organisation and ensure that these are adhered to. They will collaborate with other parts of the organisation to ensure compliance and strive to make the business a safe, happy and successful workplace.

Responsibilities:
Assuring, maintaining and managing compliance standards Identifying and driving improvements and changes to existing business processes Enforcing compliance standards where they do not yet exist across the organisation Auditing and reporting on status and addressing and escalating audit results as applicable Working closely with all areas of the organisation to ensure adherence to compliance standards Body of authority: Assure compliance standards Drive excellence and continuous improvement throughout everything the business does Compliance and standards: Drive and maintain high standards across the organisation to support Quality and Compliance Document, report and present on compliance and best practice Assist the Head of Compliance with ongoing projects and improvement programmes Track and maintain compliance standards company wide Work with 3rd Party suppliers and/or contractors to ensure compliance Reporting and KPI monitoring: Non-compliance and remediation activities Collate and publish audit related activities and findings Awareness and visibility of company KPIs Skills/experience required: Bachelors Degree, or relevant experience Project management qualification would be beneficial A strong compliance background Experience running service improvement programmes Experience in a customer facing role - confident in managing and resolving difficult situations Experience driving change within corporate environments Strong written and numerical skills Excellent presentation skills An ability to work to tight deadlines with a focus on accuracy Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to influence others to improve and adhere to compliance standards If you meet with the above criteria please apply now for a immediate interview.
