Mitchell Adam are currently working in partnership with a top 20 practice to fulfil a requirement for an Audit Manager. This role would be appropriate for an experienced Audit Manager, or an Assistant Manager ready for the step up. Following a sustained period of organic growth, this Audit team has seen their headcount consistently increase. As the portfolio continues to grow, there is a need for an Audit Manager to take control of managing this growth and ensuring the team continues to operate at an exceptional level of quality. You will have the freedom to implement your own processes and way of working, with limitless opportunity to continue to grow the team around you, giving this position excellent long term progression potential. As an Audit Manager, your duties will include:
• Leading and continuing to build an exceptional team of Juniors, Semi Seniors and Seniors. You will be responsible for successfully managing and motivating your team and be given the freedom and scope to grow it how you see fit
• Planning and executing audits for a wide range of clients
• Leading client facing discussions with a focus on adding value and strengthening client relationships
• Championing the values and ethos of the Practice both internally and externally, the Practice takes great pride in their fantastic reputation To be successful in the role of Audit Manager, you will:
• Be fully qualified ACA/ACCA
• Have experience leading Audit teams, either as a manager or as an experienced Senior
• Able to lead, motivate and inspire a team of talented individuals
