An award winning product and brand design agency are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their small but dynamic team. They work with many of the world's best loved brands and innovative start-ups. You will be responsible for assisting our finance and management team by helping manage cash flows, our suppliers, staff expenses, billing and credit control and providing management information to assist with the achievement of our business goals. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience within an agency finance team and is ideally familiar with Paprika.

Responsibilities:
Sales and Trading account
• Raise sales invoices
• WIP maintenance
• Monthly income reconciliations
• Updating fee income forecast
• Setting up new clients on paprika Cashflow
• Check bank and post transactions daily
• Credit control
• Bank reconciliations
• Cashflow forecasts
• Payment runs Suppliers, cost management and purchase ledger
• Post supplier/freelance invoices
• Raise POs for suppliers
• Petty cash/ foreign petty cash
• Setting up new suppliers on paprika
• Set up internal jobs General
• Reports for board pack
• Complete EC Sales forms on a monthly basis
• Ad hoc reports for management information
