BRC Lead Auditor - Food Berkshire £40,000 negotiable Company Car / Allowance, Bonus Benefits Our Client Our client provides audit and associated services to food manufacturing, supply and catering businesses across the country. The Role An opportunity has arisen for a candidate who is BRC Lead Audit and HACCP level 3 qualified and can demonstrate a strong knowledge of food safety, food defence, hygiene and quality assurance as an Auditor. The ideal candidate will have worked across a number of different BRC food categories and be able to demonstrate technical competence to an in-depth level. You will audit clients within an area of 100 miles of home with the necessity to travel further afield and potentially stay away overnight on occasion. Responsibilities
• To plan & conduct professional management system audits to enable delivery of assessment & certification services to meet customer requirements and accreditation standards.
• Field based role, involving extensive travel regionally in the South East; this may necessitate occasional overnight stays.
• Deliver associated services within the region Skills and Experience
• BRC Audit qualified
• Able to demonstrate existing internal and supplier audit experience within a range of food environments.
• Experience across a number of different food groups and environments.
• May have worked as a Senior QA or Technical Manager.
• Will possess an in-depth knowledge of food manufacture, S&D, HACCP and certification requirements.
