Leading Retailer based in Hayes, Middlesex require an Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to join their friendly team. The AR Executive Role is an important role within the business as it works on the Accounts of 2 leading customers and involves maintaining their ledgers including updating invoices on spreadsheets and dealing with all customer queries etc. Key responsibilities of the AR Executive Role include :
• Updating customer invoices and dealing with return requests.
• Applying payments as when received to accounts with remittance advice.
• Raise credit notes for discounts/VAT and rebates
• Printing Retail statements each month, checking these before sending out via email or post.
• Chasing retail payment or dealing with queries on the ledger.
• Raising manual invoices or credit notes were relevant.
• Assisting accounts inbox when required.
• Processing refunds and cancellations.
• Raising Vat refunds.
• Adhoc duties i.e. filing, archiving The ideal candidate should have previous AR experience and in return the company offers a salary of between £22-£25k 25 days holiday, parking free product major staff discounts. The role is Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm.
