Payroll Consultant
We are needing a Payroll specialist, who has great knowledge of the full end to end Payroll function. You will be engaging with clients, handling queries and offering solutions based on the full Payroll process. Main responsibilities include: Keep up to date with regard to Payroll and HR policies Provide first line support to customers and department colleagues Attend and participate in meetings and project activities Communicate issues and risks to stakeholders Identify additional commercial opportunities and communicate to appropriate level Attend training courses to develop relevant knowledge and skills Identify commercial opportunities Maintain integrity and confidentiality Maintain CRM system Update customer documentation Create and maintain relationships The right person will have: A CIPP qualification or working towards it Excellent oral communication Ability to stay calm under pressure Respond enthusiastically to client inquiries Great numeracy skills IT Literate Excellent understanding of Payroll and HR legislation
