This role is with a firm of accountants and therefore requires someone with recent experience of working within Public Practice. You will be involved with a range of clients ensuring that work is completed to a high standard. In this role you will: Review accounts for a range of SMEs Finalise accounts Complete Tax Returns for filing online Prepare detailed covering letter for inclusion with accounts sent to clients Review or preparation of Bookkeeping, VAT and Payroll Resolve queries as required for clients and colleagues Start to finish preparation of accounts from time to time Assists junior staff and the broader team as required You should: Have recent experience working for a firm(s) of accountants. Be committed to a career within Professional Practice. Enjoy working with a variety of clients, delivering high quality service and contributing to the development of their business. Be confident in the use of MS Word and Excel. Be familiar with accounting Relevant accounting qualification may be an advantage.
