We are a growing, ambitious company looking to employ a Purchase Ledger Assistant in our Head Office location in Norwich. We have a central Norwich location (with staff parking) and have a team for over 50 staff in 3 locations across the East of England. This position is a 12 month fixed maternity cover position potientally leading to permanent. Duties would include: - Process incoming Postal/ mail invoices to online invoice processing system Verify and process all invoices within the online invoice processing system Process invoices rejected by online invoice processing system/dealing with any queries resulting. Process credit and direct delivery invoices Handle all requests for payments Chasing outstanding queries as necessary Collating and filing Statements Scanning invoices to virtual filing system and credit notes not processed through the online invoice processing system. Making up daily cash floats for retail tills Second point for incoming calls Cover for Sales ledger Supervisor in her absence Qualifications Microsoft office skills Excellent telephone manor and organisational skills A can-do attitude Benefits 20 Days Holiday plus bank holiday (increasing to 25 days after 5 years' service) Company Bonus Scheme Health Plan Company Pension Scheme Staff Carpark Application end date 24th May however interviews for the right candidate may be arranged before the end date.
