SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Credit Control Team Leader to work for an established business just off of Junction 28 of the M1. Working in an large Credit Control function you will be responsible for a team of 4 where day to day duties will include delegation of workload, managing cash flow into the business, ensuring KPIS are achieved and day to day people management. You will also be responsible for your own ledger and will take part in month end reporting. You will work closely with the Credit Control Manager and another Team Leader to work toward the smooth running of the Credit Control Function. You must be able to work to tight deadlines within a pressured accounts team and have experience in working in a high volume environment. You will be a strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, together with the ability to work to deadlines and achieve results under pressure, whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships.
