Our client is currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to work in the Maldon area. This is a fixed term contract to cover a period of 12 months Maternity leave. The hours are Mon - Fri, 8am to 5pm (40 hour week). The essential skills/experience for the successful Purchase Ledger Assistant include: Proven experience working with high volumes of invoices (between 2,000-3,000 per month). An understanding of the purchase ledger cycle. Reconciliations Manual payments Intermediate skills in Microsoft office, including word and excel. The successful candidate will have: Excellent communication skills as well as being a polite, professional, self-motivated and confident individual.
