Due to growth we need a Business Analyst to support both the Finance and Commercial teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong individual who understands data and puts process improvement at the heart of everything they do. This role suits a commercially-minded Analyst, who is excited by the opportunity of joining a successful and innovative business and wishes to develop their commercial experience and understanding. Main Responsibilities You will be focused on continuous improvements to reporting, analysis and processes. Provide advanced analytical support for the Finance and Commercial Teams Ongoing development of MI, KPIs and other analysis to drive decision making across the business Help prepare monthly KPI reports and other insightful analysis Develop new reports and performance measures across the Finance and Commercial Teams Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working Automate and streamline reports Skills and Experience You will be a proactive self-starter, constantly seeking ways to add value and improve the quality and provision of information Good understanding of finance functions and processes Excellent analytical skills and data modelling experience Previous experience of delivering high quality MI Advanced excel skills and, ideally, an understanding of SQL A track record of problem solving and process / workflow improvement Strong organisational skills and outstanding accuracy and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels The ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment "Serata Search are operating as an employment agency
