The job will be to build relationships with the agency's clients and to work closely across the business to see the broader picture and understand what is best for the partnership. This is an opportunity to grow, develop and lead the commercial department. Commercial Finance Manager: The Role Reporting to the Group COO and managing 2 Finance Business Partners Onboarding new clients to discuss all commercial aspects of the business Analysing client profitability Reviewing pricing and volume of work across a client or the business. Strategy for drafting and negotiating client contracts and fees The Person A confident and analytical person, strong at building relationships Ideally experience in a Commercial role within a creative or people business Ability to communicate with all levels of the business ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified
