Axon Moore are working with a PE backed, fast paced service based business in Halifax. Posting impressive year on year growth, this business is perfect for a driven and motivated Part Qualified Accountant to come and join their team. The Role Will Include: Analysis and Reporting
• Support the Finance Business Partners in the provision of financial reporting and analysis to the business.
• Support decision making in the Commercial teams, including pricing reviews.
• Analysing large datasets to monitor performance, highlight trends and provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
• Support the production of weekly and monthly financial reporting packs and commercial performance review presentations.
• Developing robust quality assurance and consistency of data processes to ensure all financial performance information & reporting is accurate and delivered on time.
• Maintaining the integrity of existing business reporting & forecasting models through regular review and proposing and implementing any changes & improvements as appropriate.
• Helping to develop new reports & performance measures in conjunction with and fully utilising the groups existing IT Business Intelligence development team. Planning
• Supporting the preparation and development of full monthly rolling forecasts.
• Provide both support and challenge to existing ways of working in the annual budget process. Systems and Processes
• Be responsible for maintenance of the price lists.
• Assist in the implementation of the planned new finance system.
