Luton Job Sector: Finance Type: 6 months fixed term contract Hours: 35 hours per week As Surveyors Accountant you will contribute to our vision of being the leading residential property manager, as recognised by others by: Preparing management accounts in an accurate and timely manner in order for senior management to report results to deadline Providing operational accounting support for surveyors This role reports to the Head of Finance - Retirement About You You are qualified or recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and you have experience in managing projects and system implementation. As you have an analytical mind-set you are able to review large amounts of data, identify key trends and summarise accordingly. Your strong understanding of UK GAAP (FRS 102), Revenue recognition and construction contracts, means you are able to provide accounting and budget support for month and year end for our surveyors. Being a MS Office whizz means you are able to use pivot tables, lookups, sumifs and tables. Having excellent communication skills, means you are a confident self-starter and able to use your initiative.
