Accounts Assistant 10-month maternity cover London Bridge £26-28k Hours: 9-5:30pm Monday -Friday with 1 hour lunch London Bridge Office Angels have a 10-month contract for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a friendly team. The position is based in lovely offices a short walk from Tower Bridge. My client is looking for a candidate who is efficient, organised and confident in assisting with the day-day financial operations. Duties of the role: Sales invoicing Credit control Banking cheques and collecting direct debits Processing invoices Processing expenses Setting up contracts Processing statements Answering emails from customers Managing petty cash Ad hoc finance duties Requirements for the role: Happy with a 10-month contract Experience as an Accounts Assistant Experience using Sage 50 Excellent communication skills Confident with all MS Office packages Advertised by Office Angels, London Bridge branch Please note that due to the high volume of response Office Angels receive; only successful candidates will be contacted.
