Responsibilities:
Entering invoices for fortnightly payment runs (200 a week approx.) Monitoring payables mailbox Assisting with BACS runs GBP/EUR/USD Processing staff expense claims for payment Covering AP manager in the event of Annual leave Weekly reconciliation of balance sheets Sending out and processing company credit card statements, including virtual card reconciliation Statement reconciliation Experience Needed: Degree Educated (2:1 and above) Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA 1-2 years previous Accounts Payable experience Experience with high volumes of invoices Great communicator
