My Client is a charitable trust and one of the U.K's principal campaigning organisations. They are now looking for a Finance professional with experience and a solid understanding of what is required to efficiently run a finance function within the charity sector. Compilation of Management Accounts Delivery of financial reports to Board of Trustees Management petty cash and bank accounts Budget setting and financial strategies Supporting non-financial team members with understanding their allocated budget Monthly staff payroll Act as company secretary and ensure that the company is compliant with regulatory bodies Skills and Experience: Previous experience working in the charitable sector is preferred but not essential Previous finance qualifications are not essential Using QuickBooks accounting software Running Payroll Understanding of VAT and PAYE taxation procedures Ability to communicate efficiently with peers A strong team working mentality If this role is of interest, please apply or call Geoff Bridger on 01295 262 266.
