Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner for our team in Taunton. This role is offered on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract basis. Finance Business Partner Role: Joining our team, the Finance Business Partner will ensure that financial performance is met and exceeded and complies with the relevant legislative and statutory requirements for financial reporting. You will influence and support the senior management in the relevant business area, operating as a member of the senior management team in developing and delivering the strategic objectives and with specific accountability for the financial and risk elements of the plan. You will lead, motivate, manage and develop the Financial Administrators. Duties include: Balancing the professional accounting standards, policies and practices with the strategic and operational requirements of both Group and each Business Area Partner Business area actively supporting and challenging its financial performance. Establish and achieve goals based on high level direction Our ideal Finance Business Partner: The ideal candidate will have experience of building effective working relationships with other financial professionals and with non-finance managers / budget holders and have a proven track record of successfully managing complex teams and enhancing their capability. You will have proven experience in working across large and complex organisations and extensive knowledge of report writing and analysis. You will also have: ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent Good knowledge of management accounting and business analysis Thorough knowledge of excel and business reporting systems Experience of Report writing and analysis Finance Business partnering experience Degree qualified or equivalent Full Driving license In return for your hard work as our Finance Business Partner, we can offer a competitive salary plus excellent benefits, including pension, healthcare and a range of other flexible benefits.
