Our client is a rapidly growing Financial Services business with an established base. They seek the right Chief Finance Officer to evolve the systems and structures to enhance and speed their development. The Role Working closely with the CEO and senior management team you will be responsible for the growth and leadership of the team. You will be an agile worker capable of bringing change and development whilst maintaining a structured organisation. The Person You will be a graduate and chartered accountant with at least 8 years senior management experience gained in the property services sector. Asset Management Financial reporting experience will be an advantage. You will be able to exhibit leadership both internally and externally. You will have the gravitas to present to institutional investors. You will have the ability to meld new additions to the portfolio technology with financial regulatory compliance.
