Shadowing the COO as his deputy, the hire will be tasked with hands on, oversight & management of the finance and operations function. This will include team infrastructure build out as the firm continue to rapidly expand. The hire will handle all business finance/accounting responsibilities. We are looking for either a current senior Financial Controller/Fund Accountant or a Head of Operations with an accounting qualification. We will only consider hedge fund professionals. Multi-asset class experience strong IT skills are preferred. The role is targetting progression to CFO within two years and equity partnership beyond this point.
