Job Details

On behalf of a business based in the centre of Reading I am recruiting for a permanent accounts payable clerk to join their expanding finance time.

Client Details

My client is a market leader within the financial services indudstry and they are within walking distance of the station in Reading.

Description

The sucessful applicant for this role will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Processing invoices
  • Gaining authorisation for payments
  • Processing the payment run
  • Supply statement reconciliations
  • Resolving supply queries
  • Processing expenses
  • Accurately recording invoices in Accounts Receivable ledger

Profile

The successful candidate for this Accounts Payable position based in Reading, will need to have the following skills:

  • Previous exposure to a finance/office experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Excel skills
  • Can use own initiative
  • Team player
